I am Sonia Edwards. I am an Expert in Cardio Training. Our gym has been open since September 2000 and I joined the Stamin Fitness Center family in December of 2009. I have trained more than 3000 customers. I am very punctual at work. I have passed the Crossfit training programs and I have more than 15 years of experience. I strive to be the best by providing my customers with high-quality and friendly service. I strive to be the best by listening not just to my gym members but also to my valued staff.
